Clearing hotline opening hours
9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, with the following exceptions:
- Thursday 17 August – 8.00am to 7.00pm
- Friday 18 August – 8.30am to 6.00pm
- Saturday 19 August – 10.00am to 4.00pm
- Monday 28 August – Closed
All times are BST (British Summer Time).
Please note the hotline is not open on Saturdays (apart from 19 August) and Sundays. The hotline will be closed on Monday 28 August for the bank holiday.
