I have incorporated employer-collaboration into teaching and learning, assessment, and practice experience, working with partners such as the Rio Ferdinand Foundation and Independent Youth Counsellors, and have redesigned practice experience on the BA (Hons) Working With Children & Young People: Social Pedagogy course.
