Pre-sessional English course: How we support you

We offer a range of support services before you arrive in the UK and during your studies on the Pre-sessional English course.

Before you arrive

Pre-course information

Our course administrators will support you through the application process; helping with visa applications. They will let you know what to bring with you, and give you information about arrival procedures and what to do on the first day of your course. They will be in contact regularly with updates: emailing the address that you provide on your application form. Please make sure that you read their emails carefully.

Accommodation

During the online Summer Pre-sessional English long, medium and short courses, self-catering accommodation may be available. University accommodation is in secure, modern university halls of residence close to the campus. Please contact the course administrators to find out if there is any availability.

Please see accommodation and course fees for more information.
