Dr Subhasree Mukherjee

About

I am currently working as a Lecturer in Strategy and International Business under the Department of Strategy, Marketing, and Innovation at Kingston Business School. Prior to joining KBS, I have worked as Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Management Ranchi, India in Strategy area for two years. I have done PhD in Strategic Management from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, India. Before starting my career in management and academia, I have done Bachelor in Technology in Information Technology and have worked as project engineer with an international software firm. 

My primary research interest lies in the areas of employee mobility, emerging market firms, entry mode, interorganizational networks. If you are interested in me supervising your research (PhD), send me an email with a brief abstract of your proposal and a short CV.

I teach and lead International Business Practice module for BSc International Business final year students. For MSc International Business Management, I teach and lead Design Thinking in International Business and am the module leader for Consultancy in Practice.

As part of the Consultancy in Practice module, I had the opportunity to engage with a Thai client through collaboration with Mahidol University Thailand.
